Over 60 years ago, Frank S. Duarte made the “American Dream” of owning a business…a reality, with the founding of Duarte Asphalt Paving Company, in 1962. With an immeasurable amount of determination and profound work ethic, Frank “paved” the way for a solid foundation of growth and success that evolved into decades of a true, family dynamic with his son, David M.
